UPDATE: Due to a machine relocation by my manufacturer, orders including epoxy keychains may be delayed 2 weeks longer than the estimated time (see below in orders). I'm currently testing an alternative manufacturer to overcome this issue, but if the quality is not up to standard, then the delay will continue. Thank you so much for checking out my store! Here are some guidelines and information that may answer your questions.
ORDERS:
*If your cart includes a preorder item, all other items will be held and sent once the preordered item is ready to be dispatched. Preordered items will be shipped within 2-4 weeks after the preorder period closes.
I do not accept refunds or replacements unless there are issues with your order (see below).
SHIPPING:
This store is run by one person, so please be understanding of delays.
Processing time: 1-2 weeks
Estimated delivery time (Standard) :
- Within Australia: 1-2 weeks
- International: 2-4 weeks (However can take over a month depending on regulations in your country.)
If your order has not arrived after 8 weeks, please contact your country’s postal service to ask about the issue.
- Postage: All orders are being sent through Australian Post using standard and express delivery. I do offer letter delivery, but they do NOT provide tracking and have a higher chance of being lost. I cannot do anything if the letter is lost.
- Addressing: Please check and fill out all your shipping information before placing your order. This includes your full name and phone number otherwise, your order may have trouble being processed or found if lost. Using a P.O. Box may also lead to delays or returns from countries outside of Australia. If you’ve changed address or have put in a different address, please contact me immediately, as you won’t be refunded if it is sent to the wrong address.
REFUNDS, AND REPLACEMENTS:
I am not responsible for the parcel after it has been shipped. However, if your order has arrived heavily damaged or is different from what you’ve bought, please contact me. I can replace the item for free, but you’ll have to purchase the shipping again. Refunds can also be made for the item (not the shipping costs).
